How AffilioPedia collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit, register, list a business, or interact with our directory and marketplace.

AffilioPedia ("AffilioPedia," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share with us through our website, services, applications, and related platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and safeguard information when users access or interact with AffilioPedia. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the practices described herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

AffilioPedia is operated by AffilioPedia LLC, headquartered at 4770 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33137. This document is the binding privacy notice for all users of the Platform and explains the data practices that govern your interaction with our directory, marketplace, and educational resources.

02Scope of Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, advertisers, publishers, networks, agencies, affiliates, buyers, vendors, and users accessing AffilioPedia, including users submitting profiles, ratings, reviews, inquiries, lead-generation information, or business-related content.

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications linked through the Platform. Each external destination is governed by its own privacy notice.

08User-Generated Content

AffilioPedia may allow users to publish profiles, reviews, ratings, comments, marketplace listings, or other content. By submitting content to the Platform, users represent and warrant that:

AffilioPedia does not sell personal information in exchange for monetary compensation. However, certain analytics or advertising activities may be considered "sharing" under applicable laws.

15Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for business and professional use only and is not directed toward individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If such information is identified, we reserve the right to remove it immediately.

The Platform may contain links to external websites, offers, advertisers, networks, or services operated by third parties. AffilioPedia is not responsible for the privacy, security, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services. Users access third-party resources at their own discretion and risk.

17Limitation of Liability
